After you purchase a reading, you will receive an automated email from me asking you to fill out a form with the information that I’ll need to pull your chart. Once I have that information, I will pull your chart and start my analysis of it, and I will reach out to you when I am ready to meet, in order to schedule our face-to-face. I am on the West Coast of the USA and operate in Pacific Time. If a face-to-face meeting doesn’t work out due to time differences, we will discuss options, but we can always do async meetings, where I send you a recording of your reading and offer a chance to ask questions.

If you feel that what you received was not worth what you paid, and you email me in good faith within 48 hours of our session, we will discuss a path forward, whether that includes a complementary or discounted follow-up, online support via Telegram or other digital channel, a partial refund, or a full refund - I don’t want unhappy customers in my field.
